Eligibility for Replacement (Exchange Only)
We offer replacements only under the following conditions:
You are eligible for a free replacement if:

The product arrived with missing components
To request a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing videos and photos.
Not Eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, leakage, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can resolve it quickly.
No Returns on Personal Wellness Products
Due to the intimate nature of our products and in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or initiate refunds.
